- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Karyn is a Vice Chancellor’s Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at RMIT University’s Centre for Urban Research, and co-convener of that centre’s Climate Change and Resilience group.
Her research focuses on the institutional dimensions of governance, with a particular focus on the role of public policy and administration in transformational adaptation. She is particularly interested in the role of politics, cultures, and norms in these issues, and in enabling transformation of our unsustainable, inequitable trajectories. The policy-orientated and co-productive nature of her work is, in part, because before academia, she spent over a decade working in public policy.
