Dr Judy Lawrence is Senior Research Fellow, New Zealand Climate Change Research Institute, Victoria University Wellington, New Zealand; Co-chair the Climate Change Adaptation Technical Working Group advising on a New Zealand-wide adaptation strategy; research includes institutional design adaptation, adaptation funding measures, decision making under uncertainty and change; the development and implementation of Dynamic Adaptive Policy Pathways (DAPP) planning applied in flood risk and coastal hazard settings. She is Co- Lead Author for the IPCC AR6, Chapter 11 Australasia.
