Shane Gladigau is one of the three local government mentors based in the Climate Change Policy branch. The Mentor initiative is an innovative pilot project providing additional support to local government on climate change understanding, planning and action across council operations and delivery of services to the community, as well as helping influence and shape Victoria's climate change (and broader sustainability) policy pathways.
