Sean Kidney focuses on promoting investment priorities for climate and green bonds –w governments can take advantage of the green bonds market – and the development of international collaborations. Originally from Sydney, Sean is based in the UK and acts as: Chair of the Climate Bond Standards Board (members represent $34 trillion of assets under management); a consultant to projects for the People’s Bank of China and the Chinese Government’s Development Research Centre on how to grow green bonds in China; and a consultant to the European Commission’s Directorate-General of Climate Change, on mobilising private capital for climate solutions.
